Where to get help and what details to include

Get Help

Fastest support path

For most issues, use the support/community channel configured for your deployment. On many deployments this is Discord.

Before opening a ticket

Include:

  • clear issue description
  • market URL (if relevant)
  • wallet address
  • transaction hash (if onchain action failed)
  • screenshot/video of the error

This helps Wizr support triage quickly.

Escalation cases

Escalation is usually needed for:

  • unresolved deposits/withdrawals
  • claim failures after finalized resolution
  • account-access/security concerns
